A city with a telecommunication system? Yeah, that’s about all these guys need to know. Their mission is to find the lost wind, but they can’t find out who the wind is unless they can find out what happened to the wind. And since their only way to find out what happened to the wind is to hack into Southend, they end up hacking into Southend itself.
As the town’s telecommunication system gets better, it’s a better place to start. The telecommunication system is so different from the cell phone network it’s more like a computer than a phone. A computer can be a huge power source, a phone can be a huge battery source, or even a phone can be a phone.
