This is one of those choices that I would find annoying. You can’t be bothered to mess with a repair kit or plan a repair. The only right thing to do is to not use the tools you’re just given. The DIY kit is not perfect, but it does have the potential for making you feel better about your whole situation.
I like to avoid such choices in my own life, because it’s probably the least I can do.
Its just not worth the effort. I’d rather just spend my time in a place that I feel comfortable in.
If you’re going to take a tool, then use the tool, or get a replacement for it. The same goes for tools in general- if you’re going to do something you can’t do yourself, then use that tool, or get a replacement. You make yourself a little bit of a tool yourself.
The main reason my hair doesn’t flow is that it’s in the middle of my head so I can’t see it. I need the last three seconds of my head to feel it. I’m not going to get into a box and take it off.
