We got our first taste of prickle pear pink pink yetis at the annual Fourth of July festivities. I was super excited to get my hands on it because it was a new addition to our garden, and a new dish to try! The pink yeti is also a very popular item for sushi in the U.S. and Japan, to be exact.
This has been one of our favorite items, but I didn’t really think it would be an item that you could buy.

The first person that we actually encountered was a girl named Nia. It was a cute girl who had a crush on the young man there. We don’t know who she is, but for a few hours we just kept our distance and watched her. Even though she is a prickly pear pink yeti, she is a prickly pear pink yeti.
