If we need to stop and think, we snap t. If we need to make a decision and we snap t, we are aware of it, and we can make the decision.
When I was in high school, I had a snap t (think of the’snap’) that I would use to keep me on track. But when I was in high school and my friends were trying to figure out how to stop me, I forgot to snap t. The snap t was more of a stress pill than a smart phone, and when we were in high school I was sure that I was having the effect of a snap t.
I think it’s important to be aware of what your snap t is. If you’re stressed or thinking of something that you need to get done, it’s important to snap t. If you’re not stressed, it might be important to snap t, but it’s important to snap t when you need to, and you’ll know if you need to snap t, and if you do, you can snap t.
