This is pretty typical of the game’s story which is that Colt is a lonely kid from an abusive home who’s doing his best to survive when his dad dies, and then becomes the head of security for his Visionaries. He does something that a lot of people probably do who are just lonely, and he kills a seagull. His dad dies and he becomes the leader of the Visionaries. That’s a pretty standard story progression.
