The reason is that when you are thinking of the self-aware you often get the idea that you are thinking of yourself. We all have behaviors, but what we can do with our self-aware behaviors is to do the things that make us feel good about ourselves and others.
Self-awareness is the ability to take in all aspects of your life and remember them all. For example: the first time I saw a group of people in a crowd, I was so amazed that I forgot how to move. The next thing I knew, I was walking slowly to the crowd. I remember seeing a person that I thought was a stranger sitting at a table. She had one arm and a long piece of hair and a few strands of hair tied behind her head.

They can be used to keep your legs a little more taut while you’re working out, or they can be worn as a little pendant or band to wear underneath your clothes.

Personally, I like the black and pink ones, but the white and pink ones have a similar feel to the black and pink. The pink ones are quite tight, and there is a slight bias toward the bottom of the pant leg. The black and pink ones are a little loose overall, but are quite roomy on the leg.
These are kind of like the stretchy pant legs you see at the gym, but there is a bit more room in there. For my money, I prefer the black and pink ones. They are more forgiving of my imperfections.
