This is a video interview with our founder, Moses Foils, where he discusses his journey to becoming a co-owner of The Home Depot and why it is so important to choose a co-owned business.
It’s been a long time coming. It goes without saying that Moses Foils’s journey to becoming a co-owner of the home-equipment giant has taken him from being a “hustler” to a “co-owner.” In the two years since we asked him to become a co-owner, he’s been busy growing The Home Depot and doing a fantastic job of it.
In the early days, Moses Foilss was a part-time clerk at the big box store. The Home Depot was a great place to work, but not as great as he would’ve liked. He started by selling a few things, but soon found that most of the other people there were just there to move stuff around, not actually make a difference. He took that as an opportunity to start selling a few more things, and ended up founding the company.
Moses Foilss was a great guy. He had been a part-time clerk at the big box store for the company and his efforts were very successful. He was a great leader for the company and he was good at it. He also had a great vision, and he did great things. His vision was to sell a few things to be sold at the store. He was a great guy.
Moses Foilss’s vision was to sell things that could be sold. He did just that. He made a few things, and sold them to the store. He sold a few things that he thought the store could sell. He sold more things. He sold some things to the store that he thought the store should sell. He also made money. He went back to school and got a degree, which he could not finish. He was a brilliant guy.
