I was at a seminar recently where evo boards were used. I have been a fan of evo boards since I came across it on Pinterest several years ago. It is great to see how different and unique these boards are, and how much they can be used in the kitchen. I love how evo boards can be used to create a whole new menu of recipes and the possibilities can be endless.

They can be used for baking as well, and they can be used for many more dishes than just pizza. But the main thing to understand is that evo boards are a great way to learn the basics of a new recipe. They can also be a great way to learn how to create the specific flavors for your new dish that you’ve been dreaming up.

The most common way I’ve heard the term evo board described is as a “pan with a lid.” So the kitchen-sized evo board would be a large pan used for cooking. If you break your pan, you have to scrape all the food from the top of the pan, and then you have to wash and sterilize the pan, all of which takes up a lot of time.
This is why I think evo boards are awesome. I love to cook and bake, and when you make something delicious on a evo board, you have a great excuse to wash your hands and then scrub your plate. It would be a shame to wash the evo board and then have to dry your food and then scrub your plate. That’s not the case at all in a traditional evo board setup.
