In the first month of weather bromley kent’s blog, we got some really cool things from the local weather channel that we wanted to share with you. One of the coolest things was a new article about the very thing we’ve been talking about a lot lately! It was a news story about how the local weather station in Kent, Washington, is now able to send an automated email out to its subscribers to tell them when it’s raining.
I have to admit it was a really cool experiment and I am sure that it will be used by anyone who uses weather as part of their daily routine. I always feel a bit guilty when it rains because I know that it is something that most people will have to deal with in the course of their day. Rain is a reality that everyone has to deal with at some point or another, even if we dont realize it.
As much as I love rain, it can be a bit dull. I wonder if people who receive automated emails when it rains would have as much fun as those who receive them when it isnt raining.
